Steve Fleisher is the Founder of F5 Development, with a distinguished career spanning decades in real estate development and investment. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida and earned his MBA from Cornell University.
Steve began his career on the development team with Stiles Corporation, where he worked on a diverse range of property types, including industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use projects. This broad foundation provided him with extensive experience in site selection, underwriting, construction oversight, and asset strategy.
After many successful years at Stiles Corporation, in 2004 Steve founded F5 Development, where he continues to focus on identifying high-quality opportunities and delivering thoughtfully executed commercial and residential projects throughout Florida.
